Travel Fees & Schedule

The fees for the Travel program are separated into two components: Registration and Coaching. The Registration fee is paid prior to the start of the Travel Soccer year (fall session) and covers the admin costs of the program for the full year. This fee is paid only once.  The Coaching fee covers the costs of the professional coaching and is paid at the start of each session (twice per travel soccer year). If a player is added to Spring travel but did not play fall travel, they will be charged a $125 registration fee for the spring.
 

Fall 2019/Spring 2020 Travel Program

Program Cost: $1,150.

Program Overview:

  • Two season program (Fall & Spring)

  • 2 (90 minute) team practices per week

  • First practice week of Aug 26 for Fall season

  • 8-9 Sunday SWD Travel League Games per season

  • 1-2 paid Tournaments per year

    • U10: one day Jamboree, Columbus Day tournament

    • U11+: Labor Day, Columbus Day tournaments

  • SWD Travel League entry fees

  • Connecticut Cup fees for U11-U14 (Fall only)

Price also includes:

  • US Youth Soccer / CJSA player pass

  • CJSA insurance coverage

  • Home game referee fees

  • Nationally Licensed professional company aching

  • Coaching fees

  • Player evaluations and feedback

  • Team website

  • Field lining fees

  • Administration fees

​Additional costs:

  • Uniform Kit: 1 Home jersey, 1 Away jersey, 1 short, 2 pair of socks (~$100)

  • Additional Fall & Spring tournaments available at an additional cost per team

Schedule of Payments:

  • $675 payable upon acceptance of roster spot

  • Balance of $475 payable on October 1st, 2019

Refund Policy:

In order for us to organize our teams and meet state and league registration deadlines it is necessary for us to follow this refund policy without exception.

Refunds will be permitted if we are notified of the cancellation by the following dates:

  • Fall Season:

    • Before August 1st, $250 refund

    • After August 1st, no refunds for Fall season

  • Spring Season:

  • After December 1 and before January 31st, 15th, $250 refund.

  • After February 15th, no refunds for spring season
